TS Entertainment releases official statement regarding B.A.P\'s lawsuit

Just after the news of B.A.P filing a lawsuit to nullify their contract, TS Entertainment has released their official response to this shocking news.

We are here to deliver our official position regarding B.A.P\'s contract nullification lawsuit that has been reported this afternoon.

All this while, TS Entertainment has tried our best to support the various activities of our artist B.A.P and strived to meet our mutual goals. And like we revealed back on October 28, all their schedules had been cancelled to give them rest as we had made the protection of our artist our priority out of mutual consideration and trust.

And while in the midst of in talks about their future activities, we learned of the sudden lawsuit through news articles.

Currently TS Entertainment is in the process of trying to figure out the details and the truth of the matter. However, we wanted to make clear that there is no such thing as a \'slave contract\' or \'unfair contract conditions\' in our contracts, and we have never given them unfair, one-sided treatment.

We will take steps to confirm the matter regarding this lawsuit, and respond in an official manner.

We once again convey our sorry hearts for causing concern to all who love TS Entertainment and its artists.

 yeh says the company who gave them 16000 $ after 11 albums and three years of blood and sweat.

i seriously hope that things between TS entertainment and BAP improve -3- BAP is my #1 favorite group ^-^

BS, this is not just one person, it´s the whole group. Something must be really wrong if the whole group wants to leave TS. 

Why I have a feeling that AOA can do the same... I hope best for them and B.A.P. Sone here, stay strong!

I am so sad. BAP is my #1 favorite group. I am glad they are at least acting as one in filing this lawsuit. Whatever happens, I will always support and love BAP. I hope that they will continue their love of music, and I will continue to be a proud, supportive BABY.

I remember there were rumors months before that BAP was planning to file a lawsuit, so if that rumor turns out to be true, why is TS Entertainment acting like they don\'t know about it? If people from outside of the company knew about it, I have a hard time believing that TS Ent is shock by it. 

-_- I hope BAP leave the company to one that treats them much better and that TS goes bankrupt..

The boys wouldnt be stupid to fill a lawsuit for no reason-.- like cmon.. And theyve got rest like just now, why not earlier? I mean I love it when they primote so much but Id rather have them healthy and fit and not worn out and exhausted. We gotta be understanding.. But hey, they released about eleven albums in like two years. Thats a lot. And its not even like that only one member is filling a lawsuit but the whole group.. If they really feel like that and I think they do, I support this decision. I will be patient and wait. I only want them to be happy and healthy. And no hate on the entertainment plsase.

That sounds like complete BS. If there wasn\'t a slave contract, then why are ALL SIX OF THEM LEAVING??

THATS ALL SOME COMPANIES EXCUSES JUST THEY THINK THEY CAN GET AWAY WITH IT ALL THE TIME! NOT ALL THEIR ARTIST WILL BE QUIET ,SOME WILL TOTALLY GET FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY WITH UNFAIR SITUATION THEY GOTTEN! no hating, just saying! PEACE!

Can we just appreciate the fact that these boys were in it together on this decision. 

It\'s like TS are the assholes who don\'t know what they did wrong, even though they were probably informed by them, but the company didn\'t listen.

The boys have an image of being hardworking and pure hearted. That they\'d do anything for their fans. It\'s a front that I believe is true inside and out. I\'ll support them 100% on this. I just sincerely hope that they stay as an ot6 and don\'t go off on their separate ways. I hope that, if they leave TS, another company will take in all of them :(

It means a lot that they filed it as a group. It shows that their bond was a lot deeper than any contract. 

I can\'t see the entire group unifying and just filing a lawsuit without trying to talk to the agency first.  No one wants to drag anything out in court and be in the public like this.  They already see what press EXO, JYJ, ZEA, FTIsland got when they had issues with their agency.  TS is just trying to appear bewildered, hurt and ignorant.
