There are so many mga panipi I could use to tell you why I think Brucas should be together. So many moments, so many looks cough eyesex cough, so many words that give us hope and keeps our Brucas faith alive.
People that are meant to be together always find their way in the end
That quote is probably what has kept my Brucas meter on high for so many years. This quote is my safety net and my refuge when all feels lost. It gives me hope. Because we all could use a little hope sometimes.
So thinking about that and all the rumors and spoilers that have been flying around, my mind has been reeling and mulling over whether I think this is good for us fans, or If it's just Mark's way of screwing us over. But after tonight's episode (6.17) I realize I don't care if he is just screwing us over or not, because the foreshadowing was of epic proportion. And the possibility of a reunion seems in our grasp, so close that I can almost taste it.
So here are some of the reasons we should keep our heads up lads and gents, because I truly believe that this ain't over til the fat lady sings.
1)The Leyton scene
Okay guys so honestly I've been trying to come up with theories on how they will go about this baby situation. I honestly don't know if they will have Peyton die or not. I do think however, that they had some major foreshadowing in this scene though. Foreshadowing that could possibly lead to Mark Schwann turning Leyton's story into a tragic bituin tumawid mga manliligaw tale and possibly a Brucas reunion.
"You will never never ever be on your own. You have Nathan, and Haley, and...Brooke"
That Brooke one at the end killed Peyton to say. You could just see it in her face, hear it through her tears. But this is true. Brooke has always wanted a baby. So I have no doubt in my mind that she would help raise her best friend's child with Luke. Inevitably bringing them closer, we saw how close they became taking care of Angie, and possibly giving us the fairytale ending we've always dreamed about.
"Maybe the whole point of you and me, and every single moment that we've shared together, has just been leading us here. Maybe you and I are meant to create this life, because maybe this life is gonna change the world"
Could that be what Mark has had up his sleeve this whole time? Putting Leyton together so they could create this child, to have Peyton die and have Lucas raise his child as a single father, like his mom did with him? To have him lose the "love of his life" like Karen did with Keith? Has this story that was created for Leyton to be together done a complete 360? Are we being put at a crossroad and being taken down a different path? A journey that has lasted 6 seasons and over 9 years one puno burol time, has it all been leading us to this single moment this single decision that could ultimately be the downfall of Leyton and the start of Brucas?
Dan put it like this
"Life is like a long race. And some couples are meant to go the whole distance, and some are only meant to go halfway.
We know that Leyton will get married on the last episode, but the doctors have already warned Peyton that if she has this baby there is a good chance she could die. Lucas and Peyton have made the decision to have the baby does this mean that the doctors are right? Is Leyton one of those couples that are meant to only go half-way? And if so does this mean that Brucas could be the kind of couple that could go the whole distance?
