What are your tuktok 10 WORST cliches?

This is all opinion based but since I posted a poll about what I consider the WORST cliches and a lot of people don't seem to be bothered sa pamamagitan ng them. So I'm interested in the tuktok 10 cliches that annoy all of you the most. Here are mine.

10.The unnecessary pag-ibig interest
9.The car not starting
8.The fall/trip and not having the common sense to get up and run
7.Standing nagyelo with fear and not doing anything
6.The smart and responsible woman with the stupid and irresponsible man
5.The loser friend
4.The liar reveal
3.The mean-spirited town that hates the main character (especially the parent)
2.Idiots in horror films that don't have any common sense
1.The one-dimensional bully

no particular order, just some shit that drives me up the wall:

-- villain who wants to rule the world/have a ton of money (let's get some variation on motives up in here! ugh)
-- someone has to get sick and die in order for the main protag to learn about him/herself (done to death in YA books)
-- "smart" characters who exclusively use big words or literary/academic references -- that is not how people talk. not even smart people. it's soooo lazy. (looking at YOU, john green)
-- sassy '90s-era heroine.
-- strawman religious people/atheists
-- all jews are ashkenazi/are nerds/have allergies, oh and only having their jewishness matter for the token multicultural episode
-- dweeb ending up with the hottest girl in school/town/whatever
-- kids going on adventures and shit with no adult supervision
-- the liar reveal
-- the hero starting off as the town outcast

"smart" characters who exclusively use big words or literary/academic references is most certainly one of my least paborito as well.

1) pag-ibig at first sight. It's done to death, especially in children's movies, and it's just ridiculous to me. Talking mga hayop and fairy godmothers I can handle, but two people falling in pag-ibig after having about five minutos of interaction beforehand strains my suspension of disbelief.

2) While we're on the topic of romance, the notion that every story has to have a pag-ibig interest in order to be good is annoying. This is especially prominent in children's/YA stuff.

3) The "unattractive" or "unconventional" female character getting a makeover at the end of the movie and only then being worthy of the male character's affections.

4) All asexuals being portrayed as robots/sociopaths. Of course, there aren't very many asexual characters, but almost all of the characters implied or stated sa pamamagitan ng the creators to be asexual seem to act either like robots or complete sociopathic monsters.

5) The "effeminate gay guy", "butch lesbian girl" and "slutty bisexual" cliches are annoying as well.

6) The Third-Act Misunderstanding. So many pelikula do this thing where the friendship/romance is broken up sa pamamagitan ng a miscommunication only to get back together sa pamamagitan ng the end of the movie. It can be done decently, but it's such a pervasive cliche that it's rare not to be annoyed sa pamamagitan ng it.

7) All adults/authority figures being useless idiots. This can be done well when done with humor, but gets annoying when played straight.

8) Prophecy stories. I'm getting so sick of them, and they all follow the same basic formula that's getting old.

9) The side characters lives revolve around the main character. This makes sense in say, Beauty and the Beast, where the side characters are all servants, but I often read YA literature where the protag's mga kaibigan have no lives outside of the main character.

10) The good girl/bad boy romances. Also nerdy guy/sexy girl romances.

Not particular order but...

1) Ms. Fanservice (I also hate it when the only girl of the group is the "hot one''/object of desire. Not sure if this fits in another trope though)
2) Unattractive guy/Attractive girl
3) Loose guy/Pure Girl (Probably one of the ones I hate the most)
4) Rebellious Teen
5) Over the tuktok spunky girl
6) Characters that act like bitches for no reason, yet are seen as total badasses (I know she's not animated, but Sam from iCarly is the most perfect example as this)
7) Annoying Best Friend
8) bayani sacrificing everything the dreamed of for a pag-ibig interest they knew for a short period
9) Whitewashing characters
10) Villains whose main motivation to be the supreme ruler (okay maybe not the villain themselves but this motive is overused)

Oh yeah! How can I forget this important one! Whenever they make the girl better than the guys! Its really annoying and makes the girl unlikable and the guys look lame

Name an example and then I'll say if it's annoying or not. Although I rarely hear about it which is maybe why it doesn't bother me

When I mean sa pamamagitan ng ''pointless' I mean it's pointless when people brown wash characters as well. Hell, I think it's annoying when a character's race is changed period.

8.Characters that only have either all flaws, all strengths and sometimes even a confused personality
7.The hero starts off as a weakling to grow into a OP for an unexplained reason
6.Offensive meaningless stereo-types/Weak and cliched character tropes
5.All of the 1930's action cliches
4.A character getting hurt for no reason for the sake of humor
3.Two characters having no problems in their romantic relationship
2.The mean-spirited town that hates the main character
1. A so called "Sympathetic Character" that can get away with anything because of that sympathy

10) The Jewish Parents/Grandparents. The ones who speak in a nasal voice, complain about everything, have a strong Nuu Yalk accent and are eternally disappointed with their son.
9) The cops being idiots and useless.
8) Media changes- changing a badass from a book into a wimp in the movie or turning a pacifist from the book into a bloodlusty warrior in the film (this usually happens to female characters)
-Extra: the "strong female character", women that have no personality outside of looking sexy, angry, and kicking butt. They just have no emotional side to them, no flaws or problems they struggle with and must overcome, and no personality outside of being a snarky fighting machine, they're just boring.
7) Chosen ones/prophecies. Esp. if they're played straight.
6) Tomboy vs Girly girl scenarios. And how the girly girl is disliked for having girly hobbies.
5) The new wave of dark fairy tale "reimagining" movies. And how dark and grey they look.
4) "it was all a dream" ending.
3) Minority dies first in a movie/only character that dies in a movie.
2) Romances between Manic Pixie Dream Girls and Aloof Distant Jerks. Esp. if they have the romance of " "they've been fighting since they met but suddenly they're in true pag-ibig in the third act".
1) The geeky dweeb ends up with the hot sexy girl whom hated him until he changed into a popular guy and she suddenly found him hot.
-Extra: Us vs the Establishment. The common people standing up against DA MAN, the big bad corporation.

In no order:

-"I'm not like other girls" heroines (some guy bayani are like this but it's much rarer) who is so much smarter and special-er than those boring basic lame girls.
-The antagonist is girly and that's evil even when she does nothing wrong. The may-akda punishes her for being girly while they dote on the tomboy/nerd.
-Token minorities... it stifles creativity and is kind of condescending to actual minorities anyway
-The female hero who can beat men at anything, has a sassy remark for any situation, and takes no crap.
-Straw misogynist/racists/religious fundies... what lazy, weak villain writing.
-The nerdy guy gets a gf out of his league looks-wise- at least without really explaining why (Ferris Bueller is such a dorky looking kid yet is popular and gets a gf like Sloane? Milo is cute but we have no real explanation why Kida likes him either? etc.)
-"Girl power" stuff- where girls try to sumali a boy's sports team, are either denied and have to make their own team or are just grudgingly let in, but in the end they beat the MUCH madami experienced and madami athletic boys at the game.
-The pag-ibig interest or the hero is always a "popular" and generically nice, madami of a Satellite pag-ibig Interest. Never nerdy or hipster or redneck or whatever. Can be either sex.
-Blondes are stupid/slutty, brunettes are classy and sexy, redheads are either ugly and nerdy or sexy feisty tomboys.
-Hannukah and Kwanzaa will get a Special Episode but pasko doesn't- just the secular commercialized version where the hero learns the True Meaning of pasko and plays in the snow, nothing about Jesus.

1. Bad guy/good girl. This is sa pamamagitan ng far my least paborito trope.
2. "Special snowflake" female characters. That one character on a ipakita or movie, usually with a pretty average personality, that all the other characters (especially the guys) seem to worship.
3. Tortured bayani that struggle with their responsibilities but always end up making the right choices
4. pag-ibig triangles
5. The parents of the main character dying tragically and the main character blaming him or herself for it
6. The Mary Sue pag-ibig interest who is gorgeous and has absolutely no flaws
7. Forced character development
8. pag-ibig at first sight
9. Eternal love/vampire crap (when done correctly, I don't mind the vampire trope, but so much of it is crap these days)
10. One-dimensional villains

No particular order and there are examples of my least paborito tropes I like:
- silly and clumsy plus-size character who serves as comic relief, often a loser.
- failed attempts to portray non-stereotypical plus-size character: for example, plus-size female who is meant to be ipakita plus-size can be attractive being oversexualized and the attraction towards her being portrayed as funny quirk.
- enemies-turned lovers( although I pag-ibig Moses/Tzipporah). It's looks like creators believe it's the only alternative to pag-ibig with a first sight. I wish friends-turned-lovers romances were madami common, I ship Ling/Mulan.
- easily forgiven bullies.
- abrasive, sassy and arrogant woman who is extremely competent in traditionally manly area and who is mean and hostile to man who is less competent is this area, often a newcomer. Master tigress is a classic example.
- unpleasant, antagonistic character who turns to be responsible for every trouble bayani face, characters who are created only to be hated.
- sequels with a revengeful relative of first movie's villain as main antagonist. Probably with the expection of cases when sinabi relative was the supporting antagonist of first movie and survived and wasn't created specifically for sequel.
- susunod generation sequels.
- character who is neither friendly and tactful or brave, avoids confrontations not out of desire for peace and care for other's feelings but only of self-preservation and yet you are meant to root for this character. Tulio, I am looking at you.
- very flawed guy/nearly perfect heroine( although I have some guilty pleasure villain(anti-hero, anti-villain)/heroine pairings and I pag-ibig Seti/Tuya, despite it being antifeminist's wet dream). Especially I hate "haughty, hypermasculine jerk"/"excitable girl who worshippes him" variation( Yao and Mei from Mulan II, I am looking at you).

A lot of these might have been mentioned several times but I'm naming them anyway. They're not in any order, I dislike all of these equally.

10. Misunderstanding. Unless it's done right, but I hate the cliche where a guy and girl get together and then the guy sees the girl with another guy and gets jealous and thinks she's cheating on him or the other way around.

9. The children looking exactly like their parents. Again, unless it's done right. I never liked how in animated pelikula the sons look exactly like the dad while the daughters look exactly like the mom. I know genetically children look like their parents but girls can look like their dads while boys can look like their moms

8. That girls have to be abolutely perfect or badass. The cliche that women can't do anything wrong, while it may sound badass and like a compliment, it's actually kinda harmful because it puts pressure on girls to not screw up

7. The main characters getting together just for the sake of getting together. I pag-ibig romance pelikula but when a guy and girl get together sa pamamagitan ng the end of the movie after having little to no chemistry it's really frustrating to watch

6. Characters letting their jerk mga kaibigan be jerks to their significant others. I hate it in Gusot the series and I know this isn't an animated movie but I remember in the movie Click Adam Sandler's wife's friend sinabi rude stuff to him and his wife didn't say anything but then once he sinabi something somehow HE crossed the line

5. When a character is called a loser or freak because they *gasp* READ

4. That jocks are dumb while people wearing glasses are smart

3. Smart person: *explains something that does make perfect sense* Some asshole: SPEAK ENGLISH

2. The fat character always being lazy and only eats basura food

1. The wife who takes care of the house and kids while the husband is a lazy jerk. I pag-ibig Marge and Homer because at they bring something different to the table. Homer clearly loves his kids and wants to do the right thing, he just isn't that smart or doesn't know better but at least he actually tries.
