How could "God" do this?!

Why would God take lives so soon? To me it seems like he doesn't care at all. They say god puts us on earth for a reason, so if we fulfill that purpose when we're young, that's it? He just kills us? Does he not care? How could he do that to families?
So many people are dying. I've had many relatives die this year, but that's not the worst. Yes, it was hard, but they were older. I've had too many mga kaibigan die this year. A friend of mine's sister died in a car crash about a taon ago. She was 20. A few months ago, a friend was hit sa pamamagitan ng a car. She was only 18! Last month, a very good friend of mine drown. He was only 18 too. Then today, another friend died. She was 19. It's not fair! Does god not see what he's doing? It feels like he doesn't care. He's a coward-- he doesn't have to look into the eyes of the mother who just buried her only son. He doesn't have to hold on to friend's who can't stop crying and screaming because their best friend is gone. He doesn't have to face these families that are falling apart! What kind of god of pag-ibig is that?!
