You guys know the deal

- Icon and banner have to be created by you. If they're not, then it needs to be credited

- If you submit a banner with text, submit both WITHOUT and WITH text.

- Icons need to be 100x100 and banners need to be 800x100

The deadline is Dec. 1st, though can be extended if need be.
