From what I've heard season 5 will start with Damon and Elena together, being happy since you don't see that a lot. There's also some 'rumours' that Katherine will be with Damon and Elena to be kept safe, which probably is just a speculation since Elena will probably try and kill Katherine. There's something (or someone) that's going to test Delena's relationship. Also, (and you guys may not really be interesting in this part), Stefan will come out of the box but won't be himself again.
