Of these two, I feel that Anna is the more engaging one.

I think Anna is more outwardly kind, but I don't think being likeable necessarily means you have a better personality. And she has a lot of negative traits too: she is stubborn, blunt, never thinks before doing things, and she can be really pushy.

Elsa is more reserved, cautious and kind of cold (heh) but that doesn't mean she isn't kind. I find her personality more relatable actually.
