This was tough, b/c they both help her out; it's Perlas idea to make the dress for Cinderella, but the Fairy Godmother makes her a dress and lifts her spirits after her Mothers dress is ripped to shreds.

^ Agreed. I feel like as a whole, the Fairy Godmother helps her more by giving her moral support, setting Cinderella on the right track again, and makes the dress, carriage, horses, etc. If it wasn't for her, Cinderella wouldn't have gotten her happily ever after, period.
