what's the name of the flower that fa zu put on her hair?

I'm not sure - Magnolias and Cherry Blossom look very similiar, and I'm not sure if the animators wanted to reference Mulan's name (then it would be a Magnolia) or the Cherry Blossom, which is a big deal in Japan and China. Hence my question. The white Flower on the hairclip looks like a lotus to me.

By the way the magnolia and the cherry flower (sakura) are two different flower. There is not similarity between them.

@tiffany88 If you see them in real live - drawn is another matter, since they have a very similiar color.

Or Cherry Blossom, I'm not sure... which one is biggest/smallest or are flowers the same size?
