Opinions please?

It's really good!!

But my first set of payo is if you were trying to make an ordinary little girl, maybe make the eyes madami alive, like add a pupil cuz it looks madami like a doll.

Second:
I dunno if its your style. But maybe make the eyes a little bit smaller and a little less longer because then you'd have madami room for the blush on the cheeks.

Third:
Maybe make the cheeks a little less red.


But other than those few details. It's really amazing!!!

Well to be honest it looks madami like a doll than hat intended making, unless that's what was what you were making.

First of all, this is a really nice drawing. :)
And secondly, the only payo I could give you (because I'm not sure if this is your style and you actually wanted to draw it like this), is to add madami shadows. Especially on the dress, so that you can make it look even madami detailed and 'alive'.

And that is pretty much all I have to say ^^ I hope my payo was useful!
