I've never seen an easter egg appear in a movie or TV show.

Has anyone else seen an easter egg in a movie or TV show? If so, please tell us WHAT show/movie WHEN you saw it (if you know) and WHAT the easter egg scene was about. Also: HOW did the movie/TV show use the egg/s? Was it to emphasise a theme, or say something about that particular scene, or just as decoration?
