Old neighbour keeps warning us about our house

My husband and I just moved in this remodelled house last buwan with our toddlers. It’s a Victorian-inspired tahanan that we got for a low price. We were so happy and excited to this new life waiting for us. But our joy is disturbed lately sa pamamagitan ng the old lady living susunod door. She’s been saying that our house is cursed or haunted or something. She keeps telling me to burn sage or do some ritual thing to drive away bad spirits. I know Lima women can be a little traditional ibingiay the abuelita was like that but my husband and I don’t really believe in ghosts or the supernatural. Should I just take precaution and follow what the lady is saying? We haven’t felt anything peculiar yet. How do I tell the old lady to lay off from us?
