Well, what do you want to write about? Everyone has different opinions, some like fanfictions about a popular anime, some like Pagsulat a romance with two animals.
I usally get out of ot sa pamamagitan ng Pagsulat down what I think. Really. Like very little thing that pops into my head. Then out of the blue I get an idea for a story! Hope it helps :)
