Are all the fanpop creators in hiding??

The Damon and Elena spot want a new look, and some weeks ago, we ran presinto etc to vote on a new banner, icon and motto. Now, the tagahanga who created the club is no longer active, and the girl who took over hasn't been around for some months. I was told to message Dave with the necessary info, which I did...7 days ago. Nothing. 2 days nakaraan I emailed another fanpop creator, Papa, asking him to please update our spot with the changes. And...nothing. What do I do now? Message him again? Try someone else? Does anyone who runs fanpop actually look at their messages, and is, you know, around, or what? If so, then what's taking so long? I feel bad for the fans who took the time to ibigay their work in the polls, and the people who voted. I just really want our club's new look up already, and I don't understand why nothing's been done.
