Go to Fanpop's main page (click on the Fanpop logo on the tuktok left of your screen, or type in the address www.fanpop.com). Click on the large green button on the tuktok right which says Create a New Club.
If that button doesn't appear for you, this means that you haven't been a Fanpop member for long enough to create a club. New members have to be here for a few months before they can start making clubs. It's supposed to be an anti-spam measure.
