eevee- get the national dex, go to hearthome city, go to bebes house on the right beside the pokecenter talk to her and she will give you a eevee lv5

flareon- use a apoy stone on eevee.

vaporeon- use a water stone on eevee

jolteon- use a thunder stone on eevee

leafeon- lv up eevee anywhere near entra forest inside. mostly doit near the mossy rock.

glaceon-lv up eevee near an ice stone near snowpoint city

espeon- go to the ribbon thing in resort area, go on the 2nd floor, talk to one of the ladies and they will give you a spa. do this 3 or 4 times then battle alot then eevee might evolve if it lv up in the day.
