Let me just be Realistic here, not bias since this tanong asked for who "should" not who you want.

Only a few could be the leaders because in SM leaders are the oldest not the most qualified. The few are Jessica, Sunny, Tiffany, Hyoyeon, and Yuri since they all are 89 babies. Sooyoung, Yoona and Seohyun would never be the leaders of the group SNSD.

To be honest I can't see how Taeyeon is considered a good leader, she hasn't done anything special that no one else has done so its hard to see who else "could" qualify as a leader.


Jessica- Depending on the audience her blunt and straightforwardness may be a good trait because it shows that she is honest or serious about what she says. The downside is that she isn't very confident about her skills esp in speaking to want to speak madami in interview. She does have the advantage of being everyone's senior because she was a trainee longer

Sunny-Well I will give her the fact that she left stage to go and see what was wrong with a member. She may have what it takes.
However for Sunny's particular situation it is best she doesn't be the leader because of the appearance of using "the man" to get what you want.
Since Sunny's is related to the representative of their company it is already hard to ipakita off she is talented on her own without people feeling that she is only there because of connections

Tiffany- Well she seems sweet and maybe she has a hidden "trait" that could be usefull however tendencies to be wild and often outspoken may not work in her favor.

Hyoyeon- Well she seems like a strong character and has been there longer but she can't speak well in front of people.

Yuri- she seems like a likely choice because of her mature persona however I don't really know what could or couldn't make her a good leader

Yuri (she's not my bias or anything) but for me, she has always looked like a leader, and she is very mature, smart and has a really good stage presence, and that's why I think she would have been a really good leader!!!

fany is very wise and responsible.. seo is very mature and sunny can stop fight between member plus sunny is like a mother.. maybe she could be a leader.. but tae tae is a very good leader..^^

For me,Taeyeon is such an awesome leader though^^ but if another member would've taken her place,i would prefer either Jessica,Sunny,or maybe even Tiffany:D they seem pretty responsible to take on that big of a role to me^^

With me,the leader of SNSD is only one Taeyeon,No member in group can replace her.But if asking who could be the leader beside Tae,i choose Tiffany,she is a calm and strong person,she can cover up her members (Not Jessica,she shed tears too much,and is shy too much...)
