Singing:

Taeyeon
Taeyeon has a very beautiful and strong voice. She has a wide range and is consistent live.

Seohyun
Her voice is also very pretty and strong. She doesn't usually get to show off her range in SNSD songs, but she is good. If anything, she could work on sounding more emotional. She is good live.

Jessica
Her voice is consistent and she can hit high notes well. Some people really love her nasally tone, but others can't stand it. Again, she sounds good live.

Tiffany
She has a nice, husky voice. Her English singing is the best. There are times when she sounds weaker live. She is good at putting emotion into her voice. Sometimes she enunciates too much.

Sunny
Her voice is actually pretty good when she's not acting too cute. But she isn't consistent, and she isn't really good when singing ballads.

Sooyoung
Her voice has an angelic quality, and she has improved. But her live singing is behind Yoona and Yuri. She just needs to work on her breathing.

Yoona
She actually has a better voice than a lot of people give her credit for. When she sings in her range she is a lot better. You should listen to her audition song (Please-WAX). Her live singing is probably better than Sooyoung's. Her range is fairly limited, though. It isn't a strong voice, but a pretty one.

Yuri
Yuri is also better than Sooyoung live. Her voice is rich and warm. It's also pretty deep. She can sometimes sound off-key.

Hyoyeon
She isn't a terrible singer, but she's the weakest in SNSD. Her voice isn't really suited for SNSD songs, either. She has an almost raspy tone in some songs. But she is still decent.

Dancing:

Hyoyeon
Hyoyeon is the dancing queen, and what she lacks in singing is made up by her dancing. She does have a flaw in her dancing though; sometimes she just seems to aggressive in her movements. It's like she's putting way too much into them sometimes. But she is still very skilled.

Yuri
Yuri is a smoother dancer. She rarely looks choppy or awkward when she's dancing. The only thing is she makes a lot of mistakes.

Yoona
Yoona is great with SNSD choreography. She also has the best wave. Yoona's dancing is very sharp and quick; she has very good control of her body.

Sooyoung
She is graceful when she dances. ALso, her dancing is natural and fluid. She can look sloppy, but most of the time she looks good.

Seohyun
Her style of dance is elegant. She is talented in both singing and dancing. But she can seem uncomfortable and isn't as interesting to watch as the others.

Jessica
Sica would have placed above Seohyun if she actually tried. In their debut days she was very good, but she focused more on her singing so the others improved more.

Taeyeon
She is good at being cute and she can handle SNSD dances. But she doesn't stand out when she dances. She is meant to be a singer.

Sunny
She isn't bad, but her movements can be sluggish and she makes a lot of mistakes.

Tiffany
Fany is the weakest dancer, which is a shame because she puts so much effort into it. Dancing just isn't her strong suit, but she tries her best so you can't blame her. And her dancing has improved.

What do you think?
