I'm not sure - they definitely made it seem that way - but at the same time, they didn't ipakita her death, which makes it look like they've left it open for her to come back. I don't want her to be dead though - but I can not, for the life of me, understand how Will could have swallowed her ear and not known about it

I really hope she isn't, but i think she is. They found her ear, a lot of blood on the kusina floor of her old tahanan and Hannibal was serving some 'veal' to his therapist. I think theres madami than an 85 per cent chance shes dead.
