I know it's sad how they died, but to me, it makes it more memorable. I had NEVER cried over a book character before, and no one close to me has died, so when Sirius and Dumbledore died, I was in pure shock! Now the deaths still make me sad, but in a good way. I don't know how to explain. If no one died, it would have have sick to see everyone happy-dappy without really making any sacrifices, y'know?
Anyway, I don't think any of the characters would want us to mourn their deaths, but celebrate their lives. :)

I don't like PJO. It's a bit entertaining, but it's really not my cup of tea.
