Well, I downloaded a video(not from iTunes)and I added it to my library ok but when i tried to put it onto my ipod it failed so I had to covert it, in iTunes. After I converted it, all I had was the video without any sound.

Has anyone else had the same problem?
Any solutions?
Any help would be much appreciated :)
