What if someone you know just prays so that his/her parents wouldn't find out that he/she does bad things, such as zina or something similar to zina.
What should you do, if you talked to him/her and doesn't understand and still continuous?

Pray to Allah to guide him or her. Also, tell him or her the consequences of their deed (indirectly or directly). Keep islam around him or her all the time, e.g. always praising Allah and talking about Him. Always talking about Heaven and Hell and the miracles of Allah, etc.
You could ask your local Imam for payo too.
