Joshua Lee Holloway, (born July 20, 1969), in San Jose, California is an American actor and former model. He is best known for his role as James "Sawyer" Ford on the American telebisyon ipakita Lost.
Holloway was born to Scottish parents in the California region now known as Silicon Valley. His family moved to the Blue Ridge Mountains of Georgia when he was two. He is the segundo of four brothers. In addition to his immediate family, Josh has a large extended family that includes Baptist preacher Dr. Dale Holloway and may-akda and WWII POW Carl Holloway. He is also the great-grandson of "Lula" Holloway who wrote a book sometime in the 20th century about the Holloway family. Holloway attended Marie Archer Teasley middle school and Cherokee High School in Canton, Georgia. He developed an interest in pelikula at a very young age. He is seen as a patron sitting at the bar in a burlesque club and then as Myer's palikero in a S&M fantasy.
Holloway is best known for his role as James "Sawyer" Ford in the hit telebisyon series Lost. On a Channel 4 trailer that aired in the UK, he stated "I do enjoy my beer," and noted that the greatest invention of all time was "distilled alcohol", while his Nawawala contemporaries selected "pen and paper", "the wheel", and "the guitar". While shooting in Oahu, on April 9th, 2009, Holloway and Kumala welcomed their first child, a girl named Java Kumala Holloway.
