Manga and Anime discussion.

I pag-ibig Black Butler/Kuroshitsuji but I just found the manga SO much better than the anime. There were so many things that the anime left out, like the Noah's Arc circus arc. I want to know your thoughts - were you disappointed with the anime? Or do you like how they've done it?

The manga is wonderful as well, but if your asking me which one is better, i am afraid i cant tell you.....true the manga is the original and usually i would pick the original over the edited revisioned version, but that is only because i HATE when someone takes a writer's story and messes it up. That is NOT the case with Black butler. The do everything in their power to stick to the characters personality's and pangkalahatang story and made the anime, not a complete replica of the manga, but gave it their own fantastical twist and made the anime an extension of Yana Toboso's great work.

true, i agree with you, I pag-ibig both the anime and manga. I did like the anime too, and it would've been better as a stand alone story but I pag-ibig how the characters turned out. I think they stuck to the characterisation very well! Thanks for answering =D

Im kind of on-and-off with the anime,exspecially the segundo season.They completely blew off the circus arc,trapped Sebastian in a contract forever,created something like claude and killed Alois (even though he got his happy ending)But i cant really bring myself to be dissapointed in anything Kuroshitsuji related(except Claude)
Besides the anime had its moments. Like how they decided who killed Ciel's parents,it was twisted and perfect!^^

haha i know what you mean! I pag-ibig kuroshitsuji, it's amazing (with very awesome characters ;D) but yeah, it's just the changes from the manga to the anime i didn't like. that's why i prefer the manga. thank you for answering! :)

Yes, it's true. The anime and manga are stand alone stories. I have to say the I like the manga better. I really disliked the first season(anime), but I really liked the segundo season .Although alot of people sinabi that the hated it.

yeah i like the plot of the manga a lot :) i pag-ibig the anime too, don't get me wrong, but i wish they didn't change it too much from the anime :)
