I remember visiting this website once...
It was called Game of Thrones Lena Headey on being woman in Hollywood
Here's some stuff I remembered seeing:
As Cersei Lannister, Lena Headey has proved herself a force to be reckoned with on television. The actress stands her ground equally well off-screen.
star opened up to costar Maisie Williams about how women are treated in Hollywood — and how they’re often expected to flirt their way through auditions.
“When I was in my twenties, and doing a lot of audition tapes in the States, a casting director told me: ‘The men take these tapes home and watch them and say, ‘Who would you f—?’” she said. “I’ve never played the game of going in [to auditions] and flirting; I’ve never done it.”
The actress said she believes that cost her roles, but she is still “very happy” with her decision.
She went on to reflect on how aging has made her more content in her career, saying, “I’m happier now I’m older, playing women who aren’t expected to be beautiful. That pressure has gone for me. [Male] actors can be ‘interesting,’ but there’s a real pressure on women to be beautiful and skinny.”
