How can I get my state to legalize gay marriage/rights?

I'm fourteen and though I am only bi, my sister is lesbian and I find it appalling that Nevada dosen't allow gay marriage. So I decided to find a way to make it legal in my state, but.....I don't know how. So any payo would be much appreciated (please keep in mind I'm fourteen and trying to legalize a HUGE pagtatalo that somehow involves religion... my options are incredibly limited). I wish I could help but I'm kinda stuck in the same place. I am a lesbian living between Texas and Oklahoma. I will have to ilipat if I find the girl I want to marry

Well, you could start sa pamamagitan ng maybe signing a petition or getting a group of people with power to recognize the situation...legalizing something like gay marriage in a whole state is a huge thing and it's gonna take a really long time, it's not like it's gonna happen over night, but good luck to you~
