Luhan and SM Entertainment\'s first court-referred mediation ends with no settlement

The first court-referred mediation between former EXO member, Luhan, and his agency, SM Entertainment, took place at the Seoul Central District Court on December 16, but the two sides did not reach a suitable agreement.

Kim Young Min was present at the meeting, but their legal representatives met up for about 30 minutes to relay each side\'s stance.

SM\'s legal rep stated, "It was a place for us to tell each other our position.  The next mediation date has not been decided."  Luhan\'s side had requested the nullification of his contract with SM.  

Henceforth, the justice department will decide on their next meeting date to advise both parties to reach a settlement.

basically luhan\'s and sm\'s lawyers had a meeting today but it didn\'t go well, so there will be a second mediation.

Okay is SM going to keep asking Luhan and Kris to go to these court mediations?

it\'s not sm telling them to go to the mediations, it\'s the court. you know the judges and the law, which is not SM despite what some people think, SM is not the law.

... i think even though it\'s not right to nullify the contract suddenly (even though SM clearly pay much less attention to EXO-M), but even if it\'s not right, and if SM wins this case, then Luhan would go back to SM, amiright? I would definitely be awkward with the company and his members and especially, he\'ll definitely hold a grudge on the company.

I\'m curious. Is there still an Exo-M? There\'s like, only 4 members left, right? And is Tao still with them? Thought I saw an article before about Tao leaving the group, but then that was it, so was wondering if it was only a rumour.

I don\'t think Tao is leaving. But I think what\'s going to happen is EXO will not prompt separately but together more. That\'s good and bad because the whole point of them splitting in the beginning because of them promoting in two countries at once. Now they\'ll be back and front.

Tao is not leaving the group, haters are spreading that rumor.

I think Luhan and the CEO need to come face to face and talk it out with the legal team but that\'s just me
