What are these??

so I found these in a dumpster while dumpster diving. at first I thought that they were just seasons on DVD but then I noticed the Japanese Pagsulat and now I'm not so sure.I don't have a DVD player or I would simply pop them in and see what started playing. so I figured I would post them here and see what you fine folks think they are. thanks, hopefully I get the answer I need and find out what they are soon.
