We would probably just enjoy each others company. Tell biographies about each other, laugh together, cry together, or just stare at each other (like Tsukune and Moka do all the time). I would definitly make sure she was comfortable and make sure nothing would scare/hurt her.

Well what is there to do in the room? Is it just you and her with absolutely nothing or do you have stuff like TV, a computer, paper and pencils? If there was nothing in the room we could try and do improv. If there was paper and pencils you could both write stories for each other to read. To be truthful I have no clue.
