I'm looking for a rock music video from about 2010-2012...

It started with a guy in the hospital and his girl picked him up in a mapapalitan muscle car and spent the entire araw running around town. I think the guy had cancer and she was trying to just get his mind off it and have a araw out. At one point, they hopped a fence and swam in some walang tiyak na layunin pool and ran away when they got caught. I do not remember a single lyric and this is why it's killing me. HELP
