What Word Best Describes Your Music Taste?
Do you think it is impossible to describe your favorite music in one word? If yes, this quiz will prove you wrong!
Whenever I want to escape the pressures of my daily life.
Whenever I need some excitement or have had a bad day.
That instrument that mesmerized me so much in my favorite song.
When you first heard your favorite song, you:
Tried to play it with my band afterward or kept banging my head throughout the whole thing.
Had a hard time hearing it above all my friends talking.
Was taken away from my busy life by the interesting and haunting sounds.
Felt like I had a better understanding of music and culture.
Something mundane in a poetic way or something beautiful like the wonders of space.
Having a good time, I think. I really just focus more on the beat.
I like some songs that include lyrics but my songs don\'t need lyrics to be great.
My favorite songs don \'t have lyrics or they\' re what some would consider cliche.
Going crazy with the crowd and screaming so loudly that we can \'t hear the performer.
Watching the performer play something touching on the piano.
Extended solos and a lot of head-banging and jumping around in the pit.
Getting lost in the sound with thousands of others.
Loads of spontaneous playing and messing around with whatever\' s on stage.
Anything over four minutes should never be.
Usually anything extremely short doesn\' t get the emotion across well enough.
I have a tendency for liking longer songs, although a shorter song with a good enough sound will also do.
Really short songs and really long songs each have good qualities, but I don\'t like ones of medium length too much.
With vocals, short; without vocals, long.
Which Beatles song do you think sounds the best?
I have never and never will care for the Beatles\'style of music.
Not important, but only because I focus more on the high energy of the song.
They don \'t even have to make sense because the music is pretty much all that matters.
If the music is cool enough, I care less about the lyrics and vice-versa.
The lyrics are the main thing. Add some good vocals and you\' ve got a perfect song.
The lyrics are everything. Nothing else is really important.
Usually no one, although sometimes I let my music play throughout the house.
Everyone who comes into my house or vehicle;Ilike to play my tunes over speakers.
Either no one or with someone else who understands my music like I do.
This last question concerns your personality. How creative do you consider yourself to be?
I \'d rather enjoy what others have created.
I\' m good with technology but not much beyond that.
I enjoy writing but only play music for fun.
I love to write and/or can play at least one instrument well.
I \'m a very creative person who is open to new ideas about art.
I\' m know a lot about music and other forms of art but may or may not excel at them myself.

Offbeat; Everyone who knows what you listen to probably has a hard time describing it. For you, that's a good sign. You feel like you have graduated from popular opinion of what constitutes "real music" and admire artists who continually find new and bizarre ways to perform a piece of music. Chances are you are a highly intelligent and creative person who understands music better than most people you know, and who thus isn't afraid to hear others manipulate the entities of this medium.

Accurate AF.

The songs that never grow old for you are the ones that allow you to escape through unique and haunting melodies, lyrics, and vocals. You are probably looking for a lot more in a song than the average listener and thus are more likely to be a creative person. There's also a possibility that you enjoy it when artists experiment with their instruments, but get easily annoyed at experimentation for its own sake. Overall, you are looking for a full experience when you play your favorite song and not just something to get a quick rush from.

How...accurate.
