Naruto Itachi's Susanoo

Maybe it's just me but, I'm curious~
In order for an Uchiha to use the Susanoo, then they have to harbor hatred. Soo, Itachi used Susanoo, but where could his hatred come from? Since he didn't hate Sasuke?

No, he didnt hate his clan. In fact, he loved every member of his family. He was just ordered to kill them, since they were planning to attack the city, or something in that direction. This is a really good question.
