In the episode Sandblast, Tony promises the victim's son, Josh, that they would catch the man who killed his father. But then at the end of the episode the man that actually set off the bomb escaped. So did Tony break his promise to the kid? or did they catch him in another episode? or maybe I'm missing something? If you know would you please answer? thanks!
