Hook and Emma are definitely together in season 6 of ‘Once Upon A Time,’ but will they stay that way? The ‘OUAT’ co-creators teased what’s to come for our beloved Captain Swan in an all-new interview!

“We pick up pretty directly from where we left them at the end of last season, where for the first time Emma professed her love without the duress of a life-or-death situation,” co-creator Adam Horowitz told our sister site

. “Of course, life-or-death situations come pretty quickly on our show, so that will change.”

Oh boy. Let’s hope Hook and Emma get a moment to relax and enjoy their relationship. They may have some time to themselves for a bit, but drama is always right around the corner on

. “No relationship is a fairytale,” co-creators Eddy Kitsis added. “So if people are expecting no drama, we hope that they will enjoy what we are showing.”

. Emma will learn a “life-altering secret” in season 6 that could put her family and friends at risk. Can we just keep Hook free from danger? I don’t think Captain Swan shippers can handle another death like the one we experienced last season. Let’s just keep the heroes 

In the season 6 premiere, titled “The Savior,” Emma and the rest of the heroes set out to stop Hyde. Unfortunately, Emma develops a mysterious side effect. Storybrooke also becomes a temporary home for the refugees of the Land of Untold Stories.

Season 6 will also feature the return of Archie Hopper (Raphael Sbarge). He will make his first appearance since 2014 on the season 6 premiere. We’ve missed you, Archie! Disney fan favorites Aladdin and Jafar have also joined
