Do you think the Neo Navy's objective is JUST to wipe out pirates, or do you think that there might other objectives they wish to achieve? If so, what do you think they are?

(I wonder if they do just want to wipe out pirates, or if they maybe even plan to get rid of the Navy... They aren't exactly on their best terms - I mean, Shuzo was pretty intent on hurting them, too, though that may only have been because they were in the way of the pirates. But still, I do wonder... Maybe they do and maybe they don't. What do y'all think?)
