In Season 4 if Joey actually did turn out pregnant what do you think they would have done with the baby?

I don't think they would want to get an abortion they just don't seem the type (I could be wrong) anyways I think Pacey would have wanted to keep the child and still encourage Joey to go to college to make a better life for her and the baby and he'd be the stay at tahanan dad.
