I love both in different ways - i love the unique manga characters but i also love the anime ones :D

The manga characters have more interesting stories than the anime ones. They're also funnier XD

The Manga, I feel that the anime sort of lost it's charm a while ago, plus the Diamond Pearl and Platinum saga were awesome

Frankly, don't like the anime anymore and most of the anime characters are horrible. I like all the video game characters, which would be the manga.

Anime characters because I grew up loving the anime and watching it, but I never read the manga.

the thing about the Manga is that, it is as the creator of Pokémon had envisioned for his series, he wanted the characters to grow up and develop with an intriguing storyline, this is the thing he wanted for the Anime, but when it was discovered that the biggest demographic was between 8-12 year olds, he decided not to change a thing, sad really that the anime is being held back because of that, the anime has amazing potential but it will never live up to that potential because of that barrier.

Phantom: You really need to stop using that as a reason, pretty much everyone here grew up with it. And I never read the manga, but I play the games, the game characters are the manga characters.

Phantom I recommend reading the Manga, it is amazing, I have enjoyed reading the DPPt series and the Black and White sagas, I need to continue picking up the volumes, that is something I will do when I get the chance, sure I grew up with the anime, but I feel that the Manga is the superior product, maybe that's because that was what the creator of pokemon had initially intended for.
