Did Aniplex ever release the entire series on dvd?

Just wondering because i would absolutely pag-ibig to get a Madoka boxset sometime soon. I think they released one bluray for like 60 dollars on birago with just a few episodes! Anyone know where you can get it on dvd? I just find it funny it's such a popular series and it hasn't come to the U.S. reasonably priced yet.
