Well... I'm not sure what to say. I'd like to help you but, honestly I don't believe psychics really exist... Maybe it was just some kind of ''dejavu effect'' you experienced. It happens when your eyes see something and, for an unknown reason, it takes madami time than usual for your brain to receive it, so you feel that you have already seen what you just saw when it's not really the case... You should try to relax, IF you really are a psychic, it's not something bad right? The best way to control it is probably to relax so that you think before doing anything. But, as I sinabi before, I don't believe in psychics...^^

Everyone has unexplainable visions. Some people see them madami clearly then others.
And how you burst into tears: you are going through a stage of life that most people skip. I went through that stage, and I'm just starting to get out of it. I would start crying for no apparent reason. I couldn't control my actions.
You're just growing up is all. Just in a different way from most. And if you actually believe in that psychic stuff - you're really weird and gullible.
