Ctrl + Alt, hold those 2 and then, while pressing them, press the button that says "Prt Scr".
After it, open Paint, and click Ctrl+V, save it and there ya go.

If you're on a PC - prntscrn and open it in Paint
If you're on a Mac - Shift+Command+3
