What helps you fall to sleep? please help!

It's 12:20 at night where I live and I'm wide awake!!!!! Any advise on how I can make myself tired or just entertain myself to fall to sleep??

Listen to music or audio. Read. You could try doing something repeatedly like counting or times tables. I used to have trouble sleeping then I went traveling and had to sleep somewhere different every night. Its not really a problem any madami :)
