If you mean like artikulo and stuff like that then at the beginning of the artikulo there is a cute little button that says "fan of it"? and then you click it and POOF your a tagahanga of that particular article.

like at the tuktok of your bista sa tagiliran page, susunod to the props, there's a little trophy type thing that says *insert user name* is a tagahanga of *insert number* of items.
