What is your scariest/most disturbing dream?

For me, my scariest dream had to be the one where I tripped over the flaming corpse of my paborito telebisyon character.
The most disturbing one however would be the one where I was the girl in my paborito TV couple and our female coworkers were watching us *ahem* and then the guy turned into this boy I hate.

Scariest? I'd have to say this weird nightmare (watched Eight-legged Freaks when I was like 6-7 XD bad idea) was after the movie, I dreamt that the spiders devoured my family in front of me, and I was the only one to survive T^T madami tragic than scary *shrugs*
Disturbing? lol was also when I was but a child, I could feel this REALLY heavy weight against my back. Soon it began to crush me and I began to suffocate. There was a light and it showed the shadow/silhoutte of the thing on me but every time I tried to look up to see it, it would push harder. I finally woke up and cried to death (scared the hell out of my parents) I laugh at it now but damn was that just insane O_O

What scares me most, and this could be my mind playing tricks on me, is it felt so real in the dream, I hate thinking about it >.<

Yeah...I've heard about different incidents like that on paranormal websites/talk shows.
