Are there any practical ways to induce dreaming?

For the past few months the nights passing me sa pamamagitan ng have been blank, imageless. I know some people who have dreams so often, while I on the other hand can't remember my last.

Do any of you mind sharing tips on how I could begin dreaming again?

Daydream. Daydream aaaaaaaaallllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll araw long. Never stop, even if you run into stuff while walking. Just say,"Oof." And keep going. Might take a while, maybe even a couple weeks, but that's how I got M dreams back! Hope I helped! :)

Listen to music, read a book, or watch a movie/TV.
That's what I do before I go to bed.
Yes, I fall asleep prepared. Got a problem with that?

Good question. Sometimes my dreams tell the future (totally WEIRD I know) so people ask me about their future (totally annoying). What I do is read a book while thinking about that person. Works 99% of the time. :)

I can remember my dreams vividly almost every night and I have a few ideas as to why this is - a few that are madami personal (for example, I know I am pretty imaginative sa pamamagitan ng nature) and a few that you might be able to use.

1. I watch TV before or as I fall asleep. I don't think this is supposed to be a healthy habit as far as getting a good night's sleep goes, but it does produce dreams (at least it seems to).

2. If I'm not watching TV I think a lot before I fall asleep about all sorts of things, just kind of let my mind wander and daydream (this is why I often like to watch TV, its not as distracting). This also seems to produce dreams.

Good luck!
