Can anyone help me with something?

I am feeling very depressed. I haven't been feeling right for the past several weeks now. I try doing things, but I just don't feel right.

I need payo and help. Can any of ya'll help me please?

my advise to you would be to have a good chat with someone you know and trust to listen, and tell them as much as you like about why you feel depressed. it helps to tell people sometimes.

or you could go to a national park where there are quiet isolated places with beautiful scenery where you can just sit and think.
you could try listening to music to help you. it always helps me.
what i did when i didn't feel so good was i went out and chose a little kitten, 'Cider', for company. i have a lot of experience with cats, so it was a good option for me. he sits on my lap a lot, and it gave me some responsibility, so i'd have to care for Cider instead of sitting and worrying about my problems. it took my mind off things.

Depression is not a great sign. Talk to someone, your friends, parents, etc. They can help you. Also, hang out with friends, go the pool, go to the movies, anywhere! Don't go down with depression alone. :D

I always try doing those things everyday, but nothing seems to work.

Well, now that you guys mentioned it, I feel VERY depressed now because some rotton tuktok person yelled at me for no good reason. :'(

It's funny you're asking about this because I literally JUST took a health class that talked about depression.

Most cases of depression occur when you can't even understand or pinpoint why you're feeling so bad. The only real cure for depression is to see a doctor (who will either recommend therapy or give you antidepressants). And don't think "oh I don't want to see a doctor because people will think I'm weird" or "I'm afraid to tell my parents" or any of those other excuses. If you're depressed you need to get help. Even if it's just a little depressed doctors can help a lot. So that's the only real way to feel better. Sorry if that's not the answer you're looking for, but it's the truth.
