Help with iTunes please...

Ok so My laptop is broken and i have all my songs stored there.If I download itunes to another pc and add some extra songs in m itunes aklatan will the old ones be deleted because they are not on the pc after I sync? Or the new ones will be added and my aklatan will be left intact?
