I'm Having Major Trouble Dx

Like well my Sims 3 game works fine and goes to the pagkarga screen. After I click on the neighborhood, it loads again and then stops pagkarga but it still on the pagkarga page. I had helper Monkey and I've deleted it. I reinstalled the game but it didn't work. I've gotten rid of all my custom content and it still does not work!. I know this should be on The Sims 3 club but maybe there are madami people who could help. Please, I'm getting pissed with my. If this keeps up...I'll break it. Help someone help, I'll give a pagpaparangal to the person who helps me :3

Well, I don't know anything about Sims, and I don't like sims, but one thing I can recommend is system restore. Now I have XP, so this susunod bit may vary depending on what OS you have. But, go to start. Then click programs, then click accessories ,then click system tools, then click system restore. Then, follow the prompts. Once you reach a calendar thing, find the araw on which your game started messin' up. Then, click the first araw before that that has a prepared....restore...thingy, and click it. Then, everything that you have installed on your computer, and any system changes will be restored back to the way they were on that day, and hopefully, any software or system changes that have clashed with sims will be....rectified //shot ^_^
