I need your payo

so I want to get a new hairstyle but i dont know what kind. maybe layers at the front? or jennifer anniston? as you can see my hair has a strange wave too it (do not mistake the ponytail crease for the wavy part). It is very thick and I don't want it any shorter. What do you think?
