Do you get vibe/feeling from people that you don't even know?

EX:I get a feeling/vibe that the dude in the green hoodie(Hashiyan)is smart,funny,can be serouis at times,and competitive.I get another vibe from sebra is that he's funny,competitive,awesome to be arround,an all-around type of guy,and he's really walang tiyak na layunin at times.
So,does this happen to you and who?
