How do I get my pictures off my cell phone ?

it may be a stupid tanong but i have a lg verizon phone its just like a regular little phone with a bit of texting no internet or anything like that but ive never really had mga litrato that i could try and get off but now i do i tryed hooking the cord and stuff to my comp and nothing happens .can someone help me out please?

-Look for the options bar
-Select "Delete"

How many mga litrato are there? If there are to many, dropbox mightn't be able to handle it..
